These general conditions of sale govern all sales concluded between:
The SASU MUCURISA company with a share capital of 3,000.00 euros in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the unique identification number 847 760 659, whose head office is 4, rue Sainte-Anastase 75003 - Paris, ci -after called "the seller", and
Anyone placing an order on the site www.atenteaute.com, hereinafter referred to as "the customer"

Article 1 - PRICE
The prices displayed on the website are determined by the Seller, our prices are inclusive of VAT, subject to availability and price change.
Article 2 - SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENT
For online purchases, payment is made by credit card, a confirmation email is sent upon receipt of payment.
On site, payment is made by bank card or in cash. For businesses, payment is made by bank transfer or bank card.
Article 3 - GIFT VOUCHER
A Gift Voucher purchased is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Each voucher is identified by a unique number. After one year, if the beneficiary of the voucher has not contacted MUCURISA, the voucher will be considered expired. MUCURISA will then consider itself released from its commitment to the beneficiary.
A gift voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable
Article 4 - POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION AND NON SHOW
Postponement
All reservations paid for a baking/cooking class onsite or online are firm and final.
In the event of your unavailability for a class, you can either postpone or cancel your activity. Please send the request by email to info@atenteaute.com
If the request for postponement takes place more than 7 days prior the class date, you can change the date of your course free of charge according to the available dates.
If the request for postponement takes place between 7 days and 48 hours before the date of the class, you get a voucher worth 50% of the order valid for 1 year on your next booking
If the requests for postpone within 48 hours of the tasting date will not be accepted.

Cancellation request
If the cancellation request takes place more than 7 days before the tasting date, the refund amount corresponds to 100% of the order (minus 15% cancellation / administrative costs per ticket).
If the cancellation request takes place between 7 days and 48 hours before the tasting date, the amount of the refund corresponds to 50% of the order.
If the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the tasting date, no refund can be made
Your cancellation requests must be made to the address info@atenteaute.com
In the event of unavailability on our part, you will be offered the postponement of the tasting to another date or full refund of the reservation on the means of payment used during the reservation
Non show
Delay of 10 min or more is considered as a non show and cannot be switched with another experience.
Article 5 - MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
We require a minimum of 2 spots* reserved to guarantee the cours. Hence if you have booked for that number of spots, you are sure the cours will take place.
In case the minimum number of participants is not achieve we will propose other dates where courses are open or we will cancel and refund your experience.
*spots are the number of people participating with theirs batch to the activity. Companions are not considered as spots.
Article 6 - ATTENDING WITHOUT PARTICIPATING
Please note that only registered participants are allowed into our workshops. We propose on options “Companions(not participating)”- specially for kids coming with theirs parents.
Article 7 - PROTECTION OF MINORS
According to the law, alcohol tasting is prohibited for minors.
Article 8 - RIGHT TO THE IMAGE
The customer understands that MUCURISA reserves the right to take photos or other images or recordings of its events, and the customer therefore accepts that the images or recordings can be used for promotional and / or commercial purposes, or to '' approve this use by third parties with which MUCURISA may engage, without any remuneration in its regard.
The customer hereby consents to the use of his name, image and / or likeness in relation to photographic or other images in any territory, by any means and for any purpose, and waives any request for compensation in this regard.
